loud musiclong wait
the noise was a big issue. my room faced soi 4, and the music from the bars was loud. it went on until 5 am!!! i always travel with earplugs, but the sound was still quite disruptive. i had to wait 20 minutes, so i walked instead. it wasn't the best experience.

The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions. a sky train station was within a short walk. the room had essential facilities and was impeccably clean. The staff were very kind and helpful. i especially appreciated the delicious breakfast. It had a good view.

The location was convenient near nana station. the rooftop pool provided amazing city views. It was quite a sight. the room included a big tv. I found this quite entertaining.
The check-in process took almost half an hour. That was pretty long. mini bar prices seemed high. A beer cost 160 thb. the hotel blocked almost $100 per night from my card. I thought it was a bit much.

All staff interactions were consistently excellent, from arrival to departure. The housekeepers were amazing and the restaurant staff delivered a very good service. I found the rooftop pool to be a nice addition. It provides city views.
The hotel is on a very busy road. People constantly approached me to visit bars and massage parlors. This situation made me quite uncomfortable, especially during the evenings. The check-in process took nearly thirty minutes. That felt excessive.
